ALL PATHS in the DB are relative to ManagedResourcePath or ResourcePath.

Managed is for items directly represented in a database

Any other folders may be controlled by the application, but NOT directly reflected in the database and would
NOT affect the application's base functionality.

Unmanaged is for items directly opposite of managed =)
